You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand visibility, generate bookings & leads, and maximize ROI.Responsibilities :- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.- Manage end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of campaigns.- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.- Implement A/B testing and other optimisation techniques to improve campaign effectiveness continually.- Monitor and manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI.- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with the target audience.Qualification Required :- Graduation in any discipline.- Proven experience (2 years) in performance marketing focusing on digital channels.- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
