Marketing Or Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
1.& & & & & Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy specifically tailored to modern trade channels to achieve sales targets and market share growth. 2.& & & & & Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic and sales in modern trade outlets. 3.& & & & & Develop strong relationships with modern trade partners, negotiate promotional opportunities, and secure favorable placement of products within retail environments. 4.& & & & & Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve desired business outcomes. 5.& & & & & Oversee the creation and production of marketing materials, POS displays, and promotional collateral tailored to modern trade requirements. 6.& & & & & Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. Requirements: 1.& & & & & Bachelor 's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master 's degree preferred). 2.& & & & & Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on modern trade channels within the consumer goods industry. 3.& & & & & In-depth understanding of modern trade dynamics, including category management, promotional strategies, and retail operations. 4.& & & & & Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans and initiatives. 5.& & & & & Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. 6.& & & & & Flexibility to travel as needed to visit modern trade outlets, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
