Job Description
- Identify and approach potential clients for the broking services.- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.- Possess a deep understanding of the products and services offered by the broking firm.- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the firm.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales to ensure client retention.- Actively source new leads through various channels and referrals.
