They deliver design and build projects promptly while maintaining a high level of quality service Designation : Business Development Executive Qualification : Any GraduateExperience : 3 Years Location : Mumbai Job Description :- Research and identify potential clients or markets that align with the company s objectives and target demographic.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
-Understand clients business needs, challenges, and objectives to offer tailored solutions that address their requirements.
-Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and Cold Visits to offices directly.
-Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
-Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional network and knowledge base.
-Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver on commitments.
-Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.Key skills :- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
