- Recruiting individuals from diverse educational backgrounds such as 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, undergraduates, and graduates, and persuading them to enroll in technical and professional courses recommended by Netaps Foundation.- Providing educational and career guidance, particularly to those struggling academically, facing exam failures or backlogs, or possessing diploma certificates without practical knowledge.- Engaging in education and career counseling through webinars, seminars, and personal interactions at various educational institutions to enlighten teenagers and young adults about the significance of industry-oriented education. Facilitating stipends and liaising with hiring managers to understand their needs and prepare candidates for interviews.- Handling document verification, onboarding processes at client sites, and sourcing college students interested in internships or apprenticeships, willing to serve as Campus Ambassadors for Netaps Foundation.- Identifying potential channel partners, vendors, and freelancers to collaborate with Netaps Foundation as Referral Partners, while also building and leading a team of counselors and lead generation specialists.- Seeking self-motivated candidates capable of working independently and meeting targets, with the readiness to operate in a remote environment.
