Resolve and clarify customer s query by determining the cause of the problem selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.3. Manage large amounts of incoming calls, identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationship with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.4. Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken on CRM. Process orders, forms and applications.5. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers requests.6. Take the extra mile to engage customers.7.
