Job Description

Seeking a dynamic individual fluent in English for administrative tasks, including payment follow-ups, accounts, sales calls, and supervisory duties.

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets.

Oversee the company s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures to ensure profitability and sustainability.

Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of senior management teams to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Negotiate high-level contracts and agreements with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders to secure the most advantageous terms for the company.

Drive the company s marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards across all business operations and practices.

Spearhead the development and introduction of new products or services, overseeing research and development efforts to maintain competitive advantage.

Champion corporate social responsibility initiatives, including environmental sustainability and community engagement programs, to enhance the company s public image and stakeholder relations.

Requirements:
Fluent in English

Administrative experience

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
