Job Title : Front Office Executive - Receptionist
Job Summary : Person hired will be part of the HR-Admin team and will be responsible for all the work assigned plus. She would get trained on HR activities too. Her reporting would be to the 3 Directors of the Company and to the HR-Admin Manager.
Job Responsibilities :

• Call Management,
• Vendor & Bill Management,
• Office Management (Ensure the smooth functioning of the office)
• Office Coordination,
• Attendance (All Staff including Drivers)
• Courier Management,
• Maintain various Data / MIS in Excel etc.
• Basic Knowledge of Banking required.
• Directors Travel Booking Coordination
• Directors Credit Cards
• Car Insurance Management
• Making other arrangements as required
• Establish and maintain coordination and co-operation with all departments of Company
• Being attentive, polite and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently and systematically.

Working Days: Mon-Sat (6 Days working) Working Hours: 10:30am to 7pm
