Senior Web UI Developer (5+ Years) For A On Demand Sales Performance Management Company

We are looking for a " Senior Web UI Developer "for one of our esteemed Clients for BangaloreLocation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct experience using Adobe Flex building UI widgets or components.
Prior experience using a modular, common and scalable UI platform.
Prior experience in defining UI patterns and standards.
Direct experience with HTML5.
Familiarity with multiple application containers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, etc.)
Familiarity and experience with agile (scrum) development process.
Experience working within a distributed engineering team including offshore.
Proven track record of identifying and championing new technologies that enhance the end:user experience, software quality, and developer productivity.
Experience in both small and large companies.
Requirement:
B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
At least 5 years commercial experience in web application development and architecture.
Strong experience in at least one MVC architecture or application of the pattern.
Direct experience with JavaScript and Ajax across major browsers.
Java skills in the application tier and familiarity with application containers.
Must demonstrate a solid understanding of Java Web technology and experience with dealing JSON and XML documents.
Strong commitment to delivering well:structured, well:commented and test:driven code that is easy to maintain.
Strong commitment to good engineering discipline and process including code reviews and delivering unit tests in conjunction with feature delivery.
Must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills are required.
Must be adaptable to agile methodology work in a fast:paced environment.
Must demonstrate positive attitude and flexibility towards tasks on hand.
Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self:starter that is results focused with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Proven track record of producing high quality software against plans and schedules that are being met consistently.
