Someone who has a very disciplined approach towards selling, managing sales pipeline and keeping CRM up to date at any given point of time and is a result driven professional. A background in B2B sales of SaaS or HRTech or Insurance is a plus.Core Responsibilities:- Speaking to Nova s prospective clients- Understanding their unique requirements- Explaining and sharpening Nova s value-proposition- Providing the product team with feedback to improve our offerings- Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own- Present Nova Benefits to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings- Communicate constantly with marketing and pre-sales to improve the quality of the sale pipeline- Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process- Proactively source new leads and new business opportunitiesJob Requirement :Expertise & Qualification:- Apart from over all experience, at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in to insurance broking industry is mandatory- Good to have experience in fast-growing startup- Experience of outbound prospecting, cold calling and managing sales pipeline- Previous experience mainly into hunting, new clients acquisition and sales closures- Experience having sold to Founders, CHROs & HR team or CFOs Finance team is a plus- Consistently meeting assigned sales targets- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English- Disciplined approach towards updating CRM- Reach out for a quick turnaround.
