- Planning and developing merchandising strategies/plans to support sales and enhance fashion relevance on the shelves.
-Product allocation to stores/digital channels to meet departmental sales and stock targets.
-Input introductory and minimum build quantities for replenishments (working within the department stock targets).
-Monitoring stock position and maintaining stock norm through the weekly reports.
-Create reports on sales, budgets, customer satisfaction and adjust the strategies accordingly.- Maximizing sales and sell-through across channels.
-Reviewing the size-wise availability of the product and take required actions.
-Ensuring product listing across digital channels as per catalog.
-Analysing sales figures, market trends and customer behaviour to determine product needs.
-Lead and monitor in store transfers, controlled dead inventory and improve stock turn.
-Analysing sales ratios against buying and actual intake ratios to optimize ratio availability; share feedback on sales ratio to influence future orders.
-Stocking sales floor shelves and creating attractive product displays.
-Determining the need for and implementing product promotions, price changes, mark downs, clear outs, etc.
-Leverage new systems and processes to optimize business.
-Sharing and implementing best practices in terms of allocation and providing support as required.
