You 'll use reliable recruiting tools and methods to conduct interviews and assess candidates ' knowledge, skills, and aptitudes. Additionally, you 'll present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries, onboard new employees for smooth integration, and monitor HR recruiting best practices. Building influential candidate relationships during the selection process is also key to this role.
