Your responsibilities include building a strong talent pipeline, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates' skills and cultural fit. You will work closely with hiring managers to align with job requirements, provide feedback after interviews, manage candidate communications, and coordinate technical tests if required. Additionally, you will handle job offers, salary negotiations, and assist in onboarding and new hire orientation sessions to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
