Duties :- Establish strong client relationships and understand their insurance needs.- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.- Provide customized insurance advice and counseling to clients.- Evaluate claims and facilitate settlements to ensure clients receive maximum coverage.- Continuously seek new business opportunities and build client relationships through networking and referrals.- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding policy changes or renewals.- Keep accurate records of clients policies, claims, and payments.What We Need:- Bachelor s degree - Minimum of 2 years in field sales - Strong communication and sales skills Interested?
