Job Description :Full job description :- We are seeking an individual who has a proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the private security or facility management industry. An individual should have excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.- We are seeking a goal-oriented individual with integrity & sincerity to drive business development in a private security company based out of Uttarakhand.- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, market trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities within the facility management sector.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored facility management solutions to meet their requirements.- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company s footprint in the facility management market. This includes identifying key decision-makers, initiating contact, and leading the negotiation process to secure new contracts.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance the company s visibility and establish strategic partnerships within the facility management community.- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
