HR - Admin / Recruitment Intern

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala).
• Source resumes using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews, send confirmation emails, and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and help prepare interview feedback reports.

2. HR Documentation & Onboarding:

• Support in collecting and verifying candidate documents during hiring.
• Assist in employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Help maintain employee files and digital records.

3. HR Operations:

• Support HR activities like maintaining attendance records, leave tracking, and preparing HR reports.
• Coordinate with different departments for staff requirements or resource planning.
• Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and documentation.

4. Administrative Support:

• Handle general office tasks like organizing documents, coordinating meetings, and maintaining registers.
• Support the office administration team with vendor coordination, asset tracking, and stationery management.
• Assist in preparing letters such as offer letters, internship certificates, and experience letters.

5. Employee Engagement & Events:

• Help organize internal events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
• Take part in creating content for HR communications birthday emails, joining announcements, etc.
• Gather employee feedback for improving internal HR initiatives.
