Job Description
1. Planning and Execution of campaigns as per company requirements.
2. Manage and Optimize performance across all channels.&
3.& Engage with followers and create and design content as per current trends.
4. Candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Strategy:

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and offline channels.
  • Define campaign goals, target audiences, key messaging, budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content strategies and creative assets.

2. Execution & Coordination:

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all activities are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with creative, digital, SEO, and media teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and well-executed.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships, including print houses, advertising platforms, and event partners.

3. Campaign Optimization:

  • Monitor ongoing campaign performance through KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, ROI, etc.
  • A/B test campaign creatives, headlines, CTAs, and content to determine what works best.
  • Recommend improvements and implement changes based on real-time data and feedback.

4. Reporting & Analytics:

  • Compile post-campaign reports to analyze results and derive insights.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and social media dashboards.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and audience targeting.
  • Manage internal approval processes and ensure all stakeholders are informed and on board.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior marketing staff or interns if applicable.

6. Brand Representation & Events:

  • Support or lead planning for product launches, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
  • Ensure all campaign materials are consistent with the brand tone, style, and identity.
  • Occasionally represent the company at events, expos, or campaign activations as needed.
