Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Progeny Admin Officer to join our team. This work-from home role requires a proactive individual capable of handling multiple responsibilities across sales, marketing, training, counseling, field inspections, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will act as a mentor and provide technical assistance to progeny, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and program effectiveness.&

The job of the Progeny Administration Officer (PAO): Managing the subscribers who join us as Progeny. The Progeny Administration Officer is an administrator who can manage all the tasks such as checking their qualifications and skills, verifying the applications and documents to provide them with the Scheme and benefits they can choose based on their skills, directly visiting the applicant 's residence to verify their documents/evidence and clarifying their doubts related to the plan. Furthermore, it is the direct duty of the Progeny Administration Officer to directly monitor each progeny with the help of HRMS and CRM and to fulfill the grievances and requests of the Progeny 's in a timely manner.

Education: Qualifications and Skills:

2, Diploma, Engineering, UG, PG, Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields
Proven experience in sales, marketing, training, or administrative roles
Strong knowledge of HRMS and CRMS systems.
Excellent communication and counseling skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, Proficiency in using digital tools for remote collaboration and operations
Willingness to travel occasionally for field inspections if required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Marketing Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals Manage marketing initiatives to promote programs and enhance brand visibility .Identify opportunities to expand client and progeny engagement through innovative marketing approaches.

2. Field Inspection Conduct periodic inspections and audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. Evaluate performance and provide feedback to progeny during field visits.

3. Training and Counseling Organize and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and&
productivity of progeny. Act as a counselor to provide guidance and resolve challenges faced by progeny.

4. HRMS and CRMS Technical Assistance Provide support in managing HRMS and CRMS platforms&

Perks:

Salary and Probationary Period:

Internship Period: Upon selection, candidates will undergo a Internship period of 15 days to 1

month. During this time, the performance and quality of the candidate will be assessed.

Perks: There is no Any Perks, Allowance and No Salary

Probationary Period: After Successfully Completed the internship Candidate should be move to the probationary employee up to 3 to 6 month .

Probationary Salary: A basic salary of 25,000 will be provided during the probationary period.

Post-Confirmation Salary: After successful completion of the probationary period and confirmation as an employee, the candidate will receive a monthly salary equivalent to the value of 8 grams of gold ornaments (calculated based on current gold market rates).
