Job Description
- Execute solution and value-based selling to both existing customers and new prospects.
-Proactively build and maintain relationships with key partners to enhance solution capabilities and deliver greater client value.
-Understand customers IT landscapes and effectively position software and hardware solutions that align with their requirements.
-Develop, implement, and regularly update a business plan for strategic solutions on a quarterly basis.
-Drive- sales- of strategic solutions in the Security SI portfolio.
-Collaborate and network with principal companies such as Symantec, McAfee, ManageEngine, Cisco, VMware, and others to expand solution offerings.
-Identify, prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities while fostering growth in existing accounts.
-Promote and engage strategic solutions with multiple stakeholders within assigned accounts.
-Respond promptly and comprehensively to ongoing RFPs to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
-Monitor and report the progress of all opportunities within assigned accounts on a weekly basis.
-Establish and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Identify and secure new opportunities in enterprise accounts through effective business development strategies. Key Requirements:- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or Security domain.
-Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software and hardware products.
-Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Experience working with principal companies like Symantec, McAfee, ManageEngine, Cisco, and VMware is an advantage.
-Proficiency in identifying opportunities, managing RFPs, and achieving- sales- targets. (ref:updazz.com)
