Manager - Sales - FMCG (3-10 Yrs) Bangalore (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Location: HRBR Layout, BangaloreEmployment Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our offline distribution expansion across India. This role is critical to building and managing relationships with distributors, setting up regional sales teams, and driving offline growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in setting up and scaling distribution networks. This is an early stage startup, hence the work schedule is 6 days a week.Key Responsibilities: - Distributor Development: Identify and onboard key state-level distributors across major cities.- Sales Team Building: Recruit and manage local sales teams in each region to drive in-store retail presence and support distributors.
-Market Expansion: Conduct field research, gather retail insights, and map distribution channels.- Execution & Ownership: Lead execution of offline strategy with support from the founding team and ensure smooth handover of existing relationships.
-Travel: Travel to 1 or 2 times per month for building distributor networks and market visits.Experience: - Ideally 4 years in B2B/offline sales, distribution, or channel development but a Street Smart Individual with a knack for managing sales, could also work.
