We operate premium facilities across schools, clubs, colleges, and commercial hubs with a focus on high-quality courts, coaching, and player experience.Your MissionAs a Business Development Executive, your role is twofold:- Venue Expansion- Identify and onboard new strategic locations (Schools, Universities, Clubs, Golf Courses, Commercial Towers).- Pitch our 360- sports facility model to decision-makers and negotiate lease or revenue-share agreements.- Work with founders on scaling court footprint across India.- Venue Profit Maximization- Boost engagement and revenue from existing locations via events, community building, tournaments, and partnerships.- Coordinate with coaching, operations, and marketing teams to enhance player experience and footfall.Who You Are- Graduate (any discipline) with 2 years of experience in sports, fitness, or facility expansion.- Experience with sports infra brands (e.g., cricket turfs, badminton arenas, fitness franchises) is a strong plus.- Great at networking, pitching, and closing.- Passionate about growing sports culture in India.- Based in or willing to work from Ghitorni, New Delhi.Why Join Us- Be part of India s fastest-growing racquet sports company.- Work with passionate founders and sports lovers.- Hands-on role with real impact on India s emerging Padel & Pickleball ecosystem.Interested?
