The position
As a Senior Marketing Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand presence and portfolio growth.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to inform and refine marketing strategies.
- Oversee the brand planning process, including the execution of pre:launch and launch initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross:functional teams to drive and support flagship programs and initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor marketing team members to foster a high:performing team environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
- A minimum of 12:15 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 7:10 years in a managerial role within a global organization.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead cross:functional teams effectively.
- Experience in aligning business opportunities and challenges with regional priorities.
- Proven ability to align business opportunities with strategic priorities on a regional and global scale.
- Strong analytical skills, utilizing data to drive informed decision:making and solve complex challenges within the marketing landscape.
- A pragmatic approach with a knack for fostering innovative ideas and engaging in constructive, courageous conversations.
