Junior PCB Designer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior PCB Designer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will assist in the design and layout of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for a variety of cutting-edge electronic products. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers to convert design specifications into actionable layouts while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field. & & & & & & & & Qualification: BE in ECE, EEE, ME & & & & & & & & Male only & & & & & & & & Age below 28 & & & & & & & & Food and accommodation will be provided Key Responsibilities:

1. PCB Layout Design:
   • Assist in creating 2D and 3D PCB layout designs using CAD tools like Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCAD, OrCAD, or similar software.
   • Convert electronic circuit schematics into PCB layouts with proper component placement and routing.
   • Follow design rules related to spacing, trace width, signal integrity, and manufacturing constraints.
2. Schematic Capture and Editing:
   • Work with circuit schematics provided by electrical engineers or senior designers.
   • Ensure components in the schematic match the physical layout and BOM (Bill of Materials).
   • Assist in creating and updating symbol and footprint libraries.
3. Design Documentation:
   • Generate Gerber files, drill files, and assembly drawings for manufacturing.
   • Help prepare design reports, BOMs, and documentation for prototyping or production.
   • Maintain version control and proper organization of design files.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with electrical engineers, mechanical designers, and fabrication teams to understand design requirements and constraints.
   • Attend team meetings to discuss project progress and technical issues.
   • Communicate any potential issues or design challenges to the senior team.
5. Testing and Review Support:
   • Assist in reviewing and checking PCB designs for errors before submission to fabrication.
   • Support testing of prototype boards, and assist in troubleshooting minor layout-related issues.
   • Make revisions and corrections as per feedback from senior engineers or testing results.
6. Compliance and Standards:
   • Learn and follow industry standards such as IPC-2221 and IPC-7351 for PCB design.
   • Ensure designs meet safety, EMI/EMC, and reliability requirements.
