Job Title: Voice Process Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Voice Process Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound customer calls, resolving customer queries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle Customer Calls: Respond to inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a timely and professional manner.

2. Resolve Customer Queries: Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and queries in a fair and transparent manner.

3. Provide Product/Service Information: Provide customers with accurate and detailed information about products or services.

4. Process Customer Requests: Process customer requests, such as order placement, cancellations, or modifications.

5. Maintain Customer Records: Update customer records and databases with accurate and relevant information.

6. Meet Quality and Productivity Standards: Meet or exceed quality and productivity standards, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.

7. Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback.

Requirements

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
