The candidate is responsible for achieving targeted sales closures at site and also generating customer walk-ins from the qualified leads assigned. The candidate is also involved in analyzing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them. Key result areas would be conversion of assigned leads to customer visits and conversion of visits to closures.Role Responsibilities:1. Ensures achievement of sales as per AOP & monthly/quarter plans.2. Closes sales bookings with customers.3. Proposes schemes to reduce slow moving inventory/facilitate fast movement of inventory.4. Drive new sales through loyalty/referral/corporate sales channels.5. New lead generation through direct channels - loyalty/referral/corporate sales.6. Timely lead servicing of leads assigned on Salesforce.7. Ensuring assigned leads are converted into customer visits at site.8. Ensures team responds to customer queries sent on mail within agreed timelines.9. Responds to complex/difficult customer queries that are sent on mail.10.
