Key Responsibilities:

1. Course Planning and Delivery:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on digital marketing topics such as:
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • SEM (Search Engine Marketing) & Google Ads
  • Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Email Marketing
  • Web Analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Content Marketing
  • Affiliate Marketing
  • E-commerce and Dropshipping (optional)
  • Mobile Marketing
• Use a combination of presentations, case studies, real-world examples, and practical assignments to ensure students grasp the concepts effectively.

2. Hands-On Training & Assignments:

• Guide students in creating and managing live campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Help students develop their own blog, website, or portfolio as part of the course.
• Assign and review regular tasks and projects to monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.

3. Mentoring and Support:

• Offer one-on-one mentorship sessions to support students with doubts, career guidance, and industry preparation.
• Assist students with resume building, LinkedIn profile optimization, and interview preparation (if applicable).
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes before assessments or certifications.

4. Curriculum Development & Updates:

• Regularly update the course content to reflect current industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Work with the academic team to develop e-learning material, recorded videos, presentations, and quizzes.
• Ensure the curriculum aligns with leading digital marketing certifications such as Google, Meta, HubSpot, and others.

5. Evaluation and Reporting:

• Conduct assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews to evaluate student learning.
• Provide reports on student attendance, participation, performance, and progress.
• Maintain proper records and documentation as per institutional policies.

6. Professional Development and Collaboration:

• Attend faculty development programs, workshops, and webinars to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
• Collaborate with other trainers, guest faculty, and industry experts to enrich the learning experience.
• Participate in seminars, marketing events, and student-led projects or competitions.
