Branch Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic& Branch Sales Executive& (Female Candidate) to join our team at our customized gift shop. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, handling sales inquiries, managing leads, and converting them into sales. If you love working with people and have a passion for unique, personalized gifts, we want you to be part of our team! Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Greet customers and help them find the perfect customized gifts.
• Answer any questions about products and customization options, both in person and over the phone.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Sales Conversion:
• Reach out to potential customers through calls and follow-ups on leads to make sales.
• Promote special offers, personalized gifts, and services to boost sales.
• Handle customer concerns and close sales to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Lead Management:
• Follow up on incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Keep track of customer information and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on all products and customization options to assist customers with their choices.
• Help customers personalize their gifts based on their preferences and needs.
• Sales Reporting:
• Report daily sales progress and customer interactions to the Sales Head.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Customer Relationship:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Customer-focused and able to handle sales inquiries with enthusiasm.
• Basic computer skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: 10,000.00 - 12,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:
