Digital Marketing Manager- Real Estate

Job Description:-
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Symbiosis Infra Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads through paid advertising channels, particularly Facebook and Google Ads. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate industry, buyer behavior, and the ability to create targeted campaigns that drive conversions. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and continuously improve our lead generation strategies.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute paid digital marketing campaigns for real estate lead generation
Create and manage high-performing Facebook and Google ad campaigns
Optimize ad spend and ROI across multiple platforms
Design and implement landing pages for real estate lead capture
Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports
Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with business goals
Stay updated on real estate marketing trends and best practices
Requiremets:-
Previous experience working with real estate companies is mandatory On-site presence is required
Demonstrated success in generating quality leads for real estate projects
Familiarity with local real estate market trends and buyer behavior

Qualifications:-
Bachelor 's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in real estate lead generation
Proven track record of running successful Facebook and Google ad campaigns for real In-depth knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and lead generation techniques
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Certification in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint (preferred)
