Required Production Engineer - Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Coordination:
   • Plan and organize production schedules for power conditioning equipment including Servo Stabilizers , Battery Chargers , Panels , Wiring , and Bus Bar Assemblies .
   • Work with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure that raw materials and components are available and meet production requirements.
   • Coordinate with design teams to understand product specifications and ensure that production is aligned with the design requirements.
2. Manufacturing Process Management:
   • Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that all products are manufactured according to the design specifications and standards.
   • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of production lines, focusing on minimizing downtime and maximizing output.
   • Conduct regular checks to verify that all machinery and equipment are functioning correctly, conducting preventive maintenance as necessary.
3. Quality Control and Assurance:
   • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the final products meet required specifications, industry standards, and customer expectations.
   • Monitor and control quality during the manufacturing process, performing inspections and audits of products at various stages of production.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve any quality issues that arise, working closely with the quality control team.
4. Assembly and Wiring:
   • Oversee the assembly process for Servo Stabilizers , Battery Chargers , and electrical panels, ensuring precise assembly and wiring.
   • Ensure proper connection and integration of components such as transformers, capacitors, wiring, and bus bars to meet performance and safety requirements.
   • Supervise the bus bar assembly and wiring processes, ensuring that the correct materials are used and that all connections are secure and meet electrical standards.
5. Cost Management and Efficiency Improvement:
   • Monitor production costs and implement measures to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
   • Identify bottlenecks in the production process and recommend solutions for improvement.
   • Work on continuous improvement projects such as process optimization, cycle time reduction, and cost control.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate production records, including production output, material usage, quality control checks, and maintenance logs.
   • Prepare and present regular reports on production status, resource utilization, and any issues or challenges encountered during production.
   • Document any non-conformities or deviations from standard processes and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
