Job Description
Required male candidate for office work & partly field work having consultancy office in Erandwane, candidate 12th / any graduate with basic computer & two wheeler compulsory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative assistance to office staff, including filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Manage office correspondence, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for management or other departments.
  2. Office Organization and Maintenance:
    • Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are stocked and available for staff use.
    • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
    • Ensure that the office environment is tidy and organized, including maintaining office equipment and facilities.
    • Handle filing and document management, ensuring proper storage and easy access to important records.
  3. Customer and Visitor Interaction:
    • Greet visitors and clients, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
    • Provide a positive first impression of the company by being professional, polite, and helpful in person, over the phone, and via email.
    • Assist in managing client or visitor schedules and provide support as necessary.
  4. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data is updated and organized.
    • Enter and update information in company systems (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.).
    • Assist with data collection and prepare reports for management or other departments.
  5. Office Equipment and Technology Support:
    • Assist with the operation of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines, phones).
    • Report and troubleshoot any office equipment malfunctions, coordinating with technical support or vendors when necessary.
    • Support the office team with basic IT troubleshooting and setup for new equipment or workstations.
  6. Mail and Document Handling:
    • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
    • Prepare outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and organizing shipments.
    • Maintain confidential and sensitive documents, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  7. Scheduling and Calendar Management:
    • Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and organizing logistics for internal and external events.
    • Coordinate office calendars, making sure that appointments are properly booked and attended to in a timely manner.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and other related materials.
  8. General Office Tasks:
