Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Sales of Bench Consultants

• Proactively market available consultants (bench candidates) to new and existing clients, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Understand each candidate s skills, experience, and career goals to target suitable job openings.
• Regularly update and maintain the bench pipeline with active profiles.

Vendor & Client Interaction

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and preferred implementation partners.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, follow up on submissions, and negotiate rates.
• Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

Technical Understanding

• Review and analyze job descriptions and match candidates accordingly.
• Prepare consultants for interviews by briefing them on job requirements, client expectations, and technical rounds.
• Provide feedback to candidates post-interviews and maintain continuous communication.

Submissions & Tracking

• Submit qualified profiles to open job requirements in a timely manner.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly submission and interview reports.
• Track interview feedback and coordinate start dates, onboarding, and documentation.

Relationship Management

• Keep bench consultants motivated and well-informed throughout the placement process.
• Build a strong network of vendors and hiring managers to ensure consistent job flow.
• Act as a go-to person for consultants regarding their career opportunities and status updates.
