Required Marketing Executive - Delhi

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for handling field marketing and client interaction work in the Gandhi Nagar Market (Delhi) . The ideal candidate should have experience working in the textile or garment industry, particularly in Gandhi Nagar market, and should be comfortable in meeting shopkeepers, boutique owners, wholesalers, and traders to understand their fabric or garment requirements, show samples, and convert leads into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction in Gandhi Nagar Market
   • Visit garment shops, wholesalers, and traders in Gandhi Nagar market regularly.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
   • Understand client requirements in terms of fabric type, design, pricing, quantity, and delivery timelines.
   • Collect feedback and communicate it to the production or sales team for better service.
2. Sampling and Product Presentation
   • Carry product samples (fabrics, ready garments, or catalogues) and present them professionally to clients.
   • Explain product features, quality, pricing, and customization options.
   • Suggest suitable products based on customer needs and current market trends.
3. Order Booking and Coordination
   • Take and record orders accurately and ensure all client requirements are clearly noted.
   • Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
   • Follow up with clients regarding order status, payment schedules, and repeat business.
4. Lead Generation and Market Research
   • Identify new customers and potential business opportunities in Gandhi Nagar and surrounding areas.
   • Gather market intelligence regarding competitors, price trends, customer preferences, and seasonal demand.
   • Report daily/weekly field activities and order pipeline to the management team.
5. Travel and Logistics
   • The job involves regular field visits; hence, the candidate should be comfortable with traveling on a daily basis.
   • Candidates with their own two-wheeler will be preferred for ease of commuting within the busy market.
6. Sales Target and Reporting
   • Work towards achieving monthly sales targets set by the company.
   • Maintain proper documentation of visits, leads, orders, and payments.
   • Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager or company owner about field activities and customer responses.
