Key Responsibilities:

Product and Technical Marketing:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company s products, services, and technologies.
- Translate technical specifications into clear, compelling value propositions tailored for target markets.
- Create and maintain technical product documentation, data sheets, white papers, brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Support product launches with marketing collateral and campaigns that highlight engineering innovation and benefits.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between the marketing, engineering, product management, and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment on product goals.
- Participate in technical discussions with product development teams to understand upcoming features and help shape marketing messaging.
- Provide training and support to sales and customer service teams to enhance their understanding of the technical aspects of products.
Campaign Development and Execution:
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Contribute technical expertise to advertising, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media efforts.
- Collaborate on lead generation strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
Customer and Market Insight:
- Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products to inform marketing strategies.
- Attend trade shows, webinars, and industry events to stay current and represent the company s technical strengths.
- Collect customer feedback to support product improvement and content development.
Content Creation and Digital Marketing Support:
- Write and edit blog posts, FAQs, how-to guides, and technical articles that align with SEO strategies.
- Work with digital marketing teams to ensure technical accuracy of website content and landing pages.
- Assist in producing demo videos, tutorials, and visual aids to demonstrate product functionality.
Sales Enablement:
- Create technical presentations and sales tools that help sales teams communicate product value.
- Support the development of proposals, RFP responses, and other client-facing materials that require technical input.
- Provide pre-sales technical support when needed.
