Job Overview:The Channel Development Executive in the Advisor Network is responsible for growing business by recruiting, training, and overseeing a team of advisors to meet sales objectives and drive channel success.Key Responsibilities:- Build and train a team of advisors to achieve consistent sales outcomes.- Craft and implement plans to meet revenue and growth targets.- Evaluate performance data to identify opportunities and adjust tactics.- Provide regular coaching and support to enhance advisor effectiveness.- Track market shifts, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.- Equip advisors with skills to engage premium customer segments.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor s degree (non-negotiable).- 2 years of experience in sales or team management.- History of meeting sales goals and guiding teams to success.- Leadership ability to motivate and align a team.- Excellent communication skills for advisor and client interactions.Contact for More Details:Ayushi Lad | HR Team 91 84603 77032 (ref:updazz.com)
