### Requirements:
For Captains: Minimum 3000 hours total flying experience with PIC experience on commercial aircraft
For First Officers: Minimum 1500 hours total flying experience with a valid CPL/ATPL
Valid Indian DGCA License, FRTOL, and RTR (Aero)
Current Class 1 Medical Certificate
Valid Instrument Rating (IR)
Strong leadership, teamwork, and decision-making skills
