Backend Sales Executive

We are looking for a Backend Sales Executive to join our team. As a Backend Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service.& The ideal candidate is someone who has strong organizational and communication skills, is comfortable working with data and CRM systems, and enjoys providing support to enhance overall sales performance. Only female candidate required. Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups.
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Provide information on offers, promotions, and services.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
• Keep customer information confidential and maintain data accuracy.

Job Requirements:

• Education:& Minimum 10th/12th pass, diploma, or graduate.
• Experience:& Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Skills:

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
