This is a full-time, mid-level position that involves managing and converting leads generated by the marketing team, conducting site visits, and closing bookings. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with top developers and leveraging our industry expertise.Roles and Responsibilities:- Engage with leads generated by the marketing team, providing detailed information about our projects to prospective clients.- Convince potential buyers to schedule site visits by effectively communicating the benefits and features of our properties.- Conduct site visits for prospects, addressing all relevant queries, and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the process.- Drive sales by closing bookings and meeting set targets, while maintaining strong customer relationships.- Collaborate with developers and internal teams to align on project updates and sales strategies.- Promote our properties through various channels and maintain a positive brand image in the market.- Provide regular feedback to the marketing and management team on lead quality and market trends.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.Ideal Candidate:Qualifications and Skills:- Proven expertise in real estate sales, particularly in the residential sector, is mandatory for success in this role.
