The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, conducting property visits, and driving sales for our real estate projects.Key Responsibilities:- Generate and follow up on leads to identify potential buyers.- Meet clients in person to understand their real estate needs and present suitable property options.- Conduct property site visits and explain project details to potential buyers.- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company s revenue growth.- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market trends.Ideal Candidate- 0-1 years of experience in field sales, real estate sales, or a similar role.- You have working knowledge of Sales & Negotiation Skills, Lead Generation & Follow-Up, Client Relationship Management, Communication Skills, Market & Industry Knowledge and Travel & Field Work Readiness- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
