This role involves processing patient visits, reviewing medical documents, and assisting with workflow tasks to optimize the physician s time and focus. You will play a key role in ensuring that patient care is delivered efficiently, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:- Assist US MDs Spocs, CRR, CSR with processing patient visits in Occupational Health.- Review, organize, and summarize medical documents and reports.- Provide workflow assistance to enhance efficiency for physicians.- Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.- Maintain communication with healthcare providers in a timely and professional manner.- Support the coordination of patient care by managing schedules and follow-ups.- Work on product enhancementsRequirements:- Impeccable written and verbal English communication skills.- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.- Ability to work US time zone shifts.- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal laptop (mandatory).- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent availability and responsiveness.- Immediate availability to start.
