Job Description
State Sales HeadJob Summary:The State Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing the sales team responsible for closing individual household deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating the company s unique selling propositions (USPs). This role involves defining sales strategy, planning for the sales team, and ensuring deal closures.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies for residential solar sales.- Define and implement sales plans for the team to drive revenue growth.- Oversee the sales team to ensure high conversion rates and customer delight.- Ensure effective communication of USPs and benefits of solar energy to customers.- Monitor and guide the sales team to achieve closure targets efficiently.- Track performance metrics and report on sales progress regularly.- Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.Requirements:- Proven experience in managing a sales team for solar retail or residential sales.- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive sales closure.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Experience in planning and executing sales strategies.- Knowledge of government solar schemes and financing options.Experience: 5 years in solar sales (preferably residential rooftop EPC).
