TIB Retail Pvt Ltd is seeking a digital marketing professional with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably from the furniture manufacturing, retail fit-out, or interior design sectors, to join our team in Greater Noida.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation and Management:1. Develop and manage content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.2. Conduct ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.Analytics and Reporting:1. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).2. Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.3. Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.Lead Generation and Conversion:1. Utilize online platforms and strategies to generate leads and convert them into customers.2. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.Collaboration:1. Coordinate with sales and customer service departments to align strategies.2. Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.Website Maintenance:1. Ensure website availability and optimal performance.2. Keep website content accurate, up-to-date, and engaging.3. Optimize the website for search engines to improve visibility and ranking.4. Implement and manage website backup and recovery processes.Social Media Marketing:1. Plan, execute, and evaluate social media marketing campaigns.2. Create and manage paid/unpaid social media advertising campaigns.3.
