Key Responsibilities :Program Oversight :- Lead and manage skill development programs in the assigned regions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance program effectiveness and reach.Team Leadership :- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to motivate and engage staff.Stakeholder Engagement :- Build and maintain relationships with donors, government agencies, and community organizations.- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and align programs with regional skill demands.Project Management :- Oversee donor-funded projects, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and timely reporting.- Monitor project performance, analyze data, and implement improvements as needed.Budget Management :- Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.- Track expenditures and ensure financial sustainability of programs.Performance Evaluation :- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs and staff.- Conduct regular evaluations to assess program impact and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications :- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the skill development industry.- At least 5 years of team management experience.- Proven expertise in managing donor-funded skilling operations for a minimum of 5 years.- Strong understanding of the local job market and skill development needs in the region.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field.
