Position: Business Development Executive IT Sales
Job Description:
Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, etc.
Write project proposals and engage clients effectively.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets through consistent client acquisition.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for execution.
Analyze the market and suggest innovative business strategies.
Monitor bidding portals and ensure timely and high-quality responses.
Negotiate pricing and close deals confidently.
Requirements:
Bachelor 's degree (preferably in IT, Business, or Marketing).
Fresher to 2 years of experience in IT Sales or online bidding.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience and interview performance
