Lead the recruitment process for all levels of the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Foster a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and fair manner, maintaining a healthy and productive workplace culture.
Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitate career development.
Coordinate annual performance reviews and ensure alignment with company goals.
Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
Collaborate with department heads to create and implement training plans for team members.
Define, implement, and monitor KRAs (Key Result Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for all roles across departments in collaboration with team leads.
Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
Oversee and manage HR-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and employee records.
