Job Description
Sales/Marketing Executive Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales/Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to drive business growth through both sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, executing marketing campaigns, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Position Overview: The Sales/Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. This includes generating leads, converting prospects, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company s products or services through various channels. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution across sales and marketing domains. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales and Business Development
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and field visits.
    • Meet with potential clients to present and promote products/services based on their needs.
    • Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
  2. Marketing Activities
    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
    • Create promotional materials such as brochures, social media content, email newsletters, and presentations.
    • Manage and update the company s website and social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
    • Coordinate with graphic designers, digital marketers, or external agencies to support campaign needs.
    • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to generate brand awareness and leads.
  3. Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
    • Analyze marketing and sales data to evaluate performance and improve strategies.
    • Provide feedback to product development and management teams on customer needs and market gaps.
  4. Customer Relationship Management
    • Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
    • Ensure timely follow-up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
    • Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
  5. Reporting and Documentation
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activity, lead status, customer feedback, and marketing performance.
    • Document all communications and updates in CRM software or sales tracking systems.
    • Present insights and suggestions to management for continuous improvement.
  6. Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals and share insights.
