Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.&
Engage in active listening to understand customer requirements and tailor the sales pitch accordingly.&
Handle objections and address customer queries effectively to create a positive impression of the company.&
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.&
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly or quarterly basis.&
Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on warm leads and convert them into sales opportunities.&
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.&
Participate in sales training sessions and meetings to enhance selling techniques and product knowledge
Gather and document client requirements during calls or consultations.
Collaborate with the sales or technical team to assess feasibility of delivering solutions.
Analyze industry trends and suggest relevant product features or customizations based on client profiles.
Deliver product demonstrations or presentations to prospective clients in person or via video calls.
Explain key product features, value propositions, pricing models, and use cases.
Customize presentations or proposal decks to align with specific client requirements.
