Back Office Car Rental Reservation Executive

Position: Back Office Car Rental Reservation Executive Location: & Worli, Mumbai & Lado Sarai, Delhi
Salary: & 10,000 15,000 per month
Work Schedule: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Reservation Executive to manage bookings, coordinate with field staff, and ensure smooth backend operations for our car rental services. This is not a customer-facing role but is critical to our day-to-day rental operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming booking requests from multiple channels (website, WhatsApp, phone, email).
• Enter and manage reservations in the system (Buzzfleet).
• Coordinate vehicle availability with operations and dispatch teams.
• Track ongoing bookings, upcoming reservations, and ensure timely vehicle allotment.
• Verify customer documents and send confirmations.
• Maintain logs of all bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Prepare daily schedules and trip sheets for drivers.
• Follow up on pending payments, documentation, and customer confirmations.
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and other teams internally.
• Generate reports on daily bookings, vehicle usage, and fleet status.

Requirements:

• HSC or Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in travel, logistics, or car rental back office preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Gmail, WhatsApp Web, and basic CRM usage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
• Must be detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Comfortable with multitasking and handling time-sensitive coordination.
