Job Description
Job Title: Sales ManagerLocation: Taj Cidade de Goa - HorizonJob Type: Full-timeBroad Objective of the Role- Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group/catering-related opportunities.
-Actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Ensures business is turned over properly- Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.- Leads and manages all day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives, to develop strategies to maximize Revpar, profitabilty and grow market share.Responsibilities:- Achieves Room Revenue, Banquet and Outlet budget Revpar, Spa and other revenue budgets to be achieved.- EBITDA margins to be in line with the hotel revenue.- Budget planning to be done before the Financial Year.- Sales plan to be submitted based on quarterly basis & segment wise details to be formulated.Requirements:MBA in Sales and Marketing/ Hotel Management (ref:updazz.com)
