Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Bancassurance Manager to spearhead insurance sales within our partnered bank branches. This role focuses on enhancing bank staff engagement, delivering product knowledge, and ensuring achievement of insurance sales objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Drive the sale of insurance products through the bank s branch network.- Utilize customer databases to identify and approach potential clients.- Foster strong working relationships with bank personnel and leadership.- Train, coach, and inspire bank staff to generate quality leads and convert them into sales.- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.- Deliver excellent post-sale support and maintain high customer satisfaction.- Keep detailed records of sales activity, lead progress, and customer interactions.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor s degree in any discipline is mandatory.- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales and marketing, regardless of industry.- Preference for candidates who have resided in the location for 3 years or more.- Basic understanding of banking and insurance industry fundamentals.- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.For more information - Kindly contact us: Ayushi Lad | HR Team 91 84603 77032 (ref:updazz.com)
