Field Sales Role - Coffee Beans (1-4 Yrs) Mumbai (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Job Description:We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell our premium coffee bins across Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, engaging with restaurant owners, corporate heads, and managing end-to-end sales activities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our innovative coffee solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Build and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.- Generate new leads and close sales with restaurant owners, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.- Maintain and manage customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.Requirements:- Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).- HSC graduates are welcome; candidates with prior experience in end-to-end sales, particularly in the food industry, will be an advantage.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Job Details:- Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Rotational week off)- Salary: Based on interview and experience- Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai- Job Type: Full-Time (ref:updazz.com)
